TAP

For the 34th consecutive year, the Diocesan Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) is striving to keep Catholic school education affordable for Catholic families who desire it for their children but who may need some financial assistance to make that dream a reality. The FACTS Grant & Aid for the 2025-2026 school year, is now under way. Applying for TAP through FACTS is easy and affordable. You are encouraged to apply if your child is already enrolled or has been accepted by one of the Catholic schools in the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston for the upcoming school year. If you are looking to receive any form of additional assistances from CCS you MUST complete the TAPs with all forms by the first deadline April 30th.

Who is eligible?	Any Catholic student accepted for the 2025-2026 school year in any Diocesan Catholic school (PK thru grade 12) and who belong to a parish included on the drop-down list as part of the online application is eligible. Determinations are based upon a family’s degree of need relative to all other applicants. Phase 1: Open to Catholic families ONLY Phase 2: Open to ALL families Phase 3: Open to ALL families-intended for families new to the school or have had a life-changing event

How do I apply?	Applications are made online. Go to www.factsmgt.com (Corpus Christi School), click on “Grant & Aid Assessment” and log in. If you do not have Internet access, contact your school office for assistance.

Cost?	The application fee is $25

Grants:	Diocesan grants for Catholic families who have completed their applications and show financial need will receive up to 50% of the child’s tuition.

Phase I:	Deadline is April 30, 2025 In order to receive notification in late May, applications (including all required documentation and payment of the fee) are to be received by FACTS by April 30, 2025. Phase I is intended for Catholic families ONLY with children currently enrolled or already accepted for the 2025-2026 school year in any Catholic school in the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. Families must belong to a parish included on the drop-down list as part of the online application.

Phase II: Phase III:	Deadline is July 14, 2025 In order to receive notification in early September, all applications for 2025-2026 (including all required documentation and payment of the fee) MUST be RECEIVED by FACTS no later than July 14, 2025. Phase II is intended for Catholic and Non-Catholic families. If an application was submitted during Phase I, please contact the school. Please do NOT submit a second application. August 23, 2025 In order to receive notification in September, applications (including all required documentation and payment) MUST be RECIEVED by FACTS no later than Aug. 23rd. Phase III is intended for Catholic and Non-Catholic families new to the school or who have had a life changing event. (i.e. birth, death, loss of job, major illness) These are FIRM deadlines. Please remember to be considered for additional in-house scholarships this application MUST be filled out and completed by the first deadline of April 30th.

Scholarships

CCS distributes over $10,000 a year in privately funded scholarships. Private scholarships are available to students who display financial need and who apply for Diocesan Financial Aid. We are always working to raise more funds for scholarships and hope to encourage those seeking a Corpus Christi education to inquire about the various opportunities.

**The TAPS Application MUST be completed by the first deadline April 30,2023 in order to be considered for in house scholarships.

Payment Plan Options

You can sign up for monthly, bimonthly or other payment plans through FACTS. If you are in the position to pay tuition at once in the beginning of the year, we will give you an additional 5% discount.
